Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs the usage of the TPlanzo platform including subscriptions, APIs, integrations, and all travel bookings made through www.tplanzo.com and partner.tplanzo.com.

By accessing or using TPlanzo services, you agree to the terms stated below.

A. Platform Subscriptions, API & Software Services

1. No Refund on Subscription Fees

All payments made towards:

  • Essential / Advanced / ScaleUp / Elite Agent Suites
  • Wallet, CRM, HRMS, Analytics or any add-on modules
  • Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC)
  • License renewal fees

are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable once payment is completed and access credentials are issued.

2. API License & Integration Charges

Payments for:

  • Hotel, Flight, Bus, Transfer, Activity & Package APIs
  • One-time API setup or onboarding fees
  • Third-party integration charges

are 100% non-refundable regardless of usage or certification outcome.

3. Custom Development / Branding Work

All payments related to:

  • White-label branding
  • Custom development
  • Feature modification
  • Workflow & ERP integrations

are non-refundable once project execution has started, irrespective of completion stage.

B. Refund & Cancellation – Travel Bookings

(Flights | Hotels | Buses | Transfers | Sightseeing | Holiday Packages)

TPlanzo is a technology platform and facilitator only. We do not own or operate airlines, hotels or transport services. All inventory is supplied by third-party vendors.

Therefore, refunds are governed strictly by the respective airline, hotel or supplier policies.

4. Flight Bookings

  • Refund eligibility depends on airline fare rules.
  • Some fares are completely non-refundable.
  • Airline penalties, GST, convenience charges & payment gateway fees are deducted.
  • Refund timeline: 7–21 working days after airline approval.

5. Hotel Bookings

  • Cancellation policies vary per hotel and room type.
  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in 100% retention.
  • Refund timeline: 7–14 working days after supplier confirmation.

6. Bus / Transfer / Sightseeing Services

  • Refund depends on vendor terms.
  • Many services are non-refundable within 24 hrs of travel.
  • Refund timeline: 7–15 working days after approval.

7. Holiday Packages / Group Tours

Actual refund is calculated after deducting non-recoverable supplier costs.

8. Platform Fees

All TPlanzo service charges, convenience fees, admin charges & payment gateway fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

C. Account Termination

If account suspension or termination occurs due to:

  • Fraud
  • Policy violation
  • Misuse of APIs
  • False documentation

No refund shall be issued.

D. Force Majeure

No refund is applicable for delays or failures caused by:

  • Natural calamities
  • Government restrictions
  • Internet failures
  • Airline or supplier strikes
  • Cyber incidents

E. Refund Requests

All refund queries must be emailed within 24 hours of cancellation to:

F. Policy Acceptance

By using the TPlanzo platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
