1. Our Role & Service Scope

TPlanzo is a B2B travel technology company offering tools such as booking engines, CRM, itinerary management, accounting utilities, HRMS, analytics, and access to third-party travel inventory.

In addition to global suppliers, TPlanzo also works with authorised local hotel and transfer partners empanelled directly with us.

TPlanzo acts as a technology facilitator and not as a travel operator. The actual delivery of travel services is the responsibility of the respective supplier.

2. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must provide true, complete, and current business information during registration.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities carried out using your account
• Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and these Terms

3. Subscriptions, Fees & Payments

• All subscription fees, API charges, AMC, onboarding and integration charges are payable in advance.
• All payments are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Prices may be revised with or without prior notice.

4. Acceptable Usage

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading activities
• Attempt to copy, resell, sublicense or reverse-engineer the Platform
• Overload, damage or bypass system security
• Upload malicious content or unauthorized scripts

5. Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, branding, documentation, and system architecture are the exclusive intellectual property of TPlanzo Traveltech LLP. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Third-Party & Local Supplier Services

TPlanzo enables bookings via:

• Third-party global suppliers
• TPlanzo-authorised local hotel & transfer partners

For such services:

• TPlanzo acts only as a booking facilitator.
• Service delivery, on-ground experience, delays, cancellations, and refunds are governed by the respective supplier's policies.
• Platform and gateway fees remain non-refundable.

7. Refunds & Cancellations

All refunds and cancellations are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy published on our website.

8. Limitation of Liability

TPlanzo is not responsible for:

• Supplier failures or denial of services
• Business loss, revenue loss or reputational loss
• Internet outages, cyber incidents, or force majeure events
• Pricing or availability changes by service providers

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Non-payment or chargebacks
• Misuse of the Platform or APIs
• Submission of false documentation

No refunds shall be issued in such cases.

10. Data Protection

Your data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Amendments

TPlanzo may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
